Transfer Rules 🔗
To receive points from another user, the receiving key must be "enabled".
You can only delete keys that have no Grounding Points.
You can always transfer between your own keys
To transfer to another account, you must have Two Factor Authentication enabled and send the 2FA code with transfer request.
