You can get started for free using cached-only responses. Create an API Key at the dashboard.

Grounding Points  🔗

Available for purchase at the refill page.
Points are only consumed when a cached response is not available.
To skip cache and always consume a point, use the &use_cache=false URL parameter.

Grounding Points are only consumed when the cache is out-of-date or not yet created. With this feature, a small number of points seem like a lot more since they are only seldomly consumed. For more tips on consuming less points, visit the Usage page.

Points CAN be transferred in the dashboard.
Points CAN NOT be refunded once purchased. You can transfer them.
Points CAN be frozen if we detect misuse of our services.
To transfer Grounding Points to another user, you MUST have two-factor authentication enabled.

What does one Grounding Point get me?  🔗

A single Grounding Point is consumed when our cache does not contain a response to your query. Repeated requests for the same query is then cached, and is then free for all users.

How many Grounding Points does one request cost?  🔗

One request can consume at most one point. Cached responses are always free.

Are Grounding Points transferrable?  🔗

Yes. You can login to the Dashboard to securely transfer Grounding Points between your own API Keys to limit how many points your AI Agents are able to consume.

To transfer Grounding Points to other users, you must activate Second Factor Authentication.
