Terms and Conditions 🔗
Version 0.1.0
Effective Date: August 12, 2025
Welcome to Natlang.io, the website and API platform provided by Loud Functions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, the Natlang Grounding API, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
1. Account and API Keys
To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your API keys and API key tags. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Freemium Service and Payment
The Service is offered on a freemium model. Free requests are served from our cache. Paid customers consume “Grounding Points” for uncached responses.
- Point Purchases: Points are purchased in quantities of 1,000 or 12,000. All point purchases are final.
- No Refunds: As payments are made in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin), we are unable to process refunds.
- Point Transfers: For your convenience, you can transfer points among your API keys and to other users. To protect you, our system prevents transfers to invalid keys. However, it is your responsibility to verify the recipient’s key is the correct one. We cannot be held liable for points transferred to a valid API key.
- Account Deletion: Users with a zero-point balance can delete their account. Upon deletion, all associated API keys and data will be removed.
3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You agree not to misuse the Service or assist anyone else in doing so. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using the API in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Interfering with the Service’s performance or security.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Using the Service to harm or harass others.
A rate limit of 20 requests per 10 seconds is applied to all API access. We may grant exceptions upon request for legitimate use cases, such as aggregating requests for other users.
4. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: The “grounding requests” you submit are owned by you. You have the right to remove your requests from our system. However, another user may submit the same request, which may result in a similar cached response.
- Our Content: All content, materials, and features on Natlang.io and the Grounding API, including but not limited to software, code, designs, and text, are the exclusive property of Loud Functions LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without our express written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis. We make no guarantees regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. You acknowledge that due to the nature of AI, the API may generate incorrect or “bogus” results. We encourage you to report any incorrect cached responses you encounter via your user dashboard.
6. User Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Loud Functions LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or any content you submit.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loud Functions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code which may be transmitted through our Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any and all claims related to the Service is limited to one hundred dollars ($100.00 USD).
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to misuse of our system, breach of these Terms, or causing harm to anyone or anything.

10. Modifications to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting a banner on our website. By continuing to use the Service after the revised Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the new Terms.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
